Copyright notice
Send copyright complaints to support@varsitybanners.com with enough detail for us to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and the order or design involved.
Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identify the material to be removed or disabled, including URLs, order references, images, or file names if available.
Include your contact information and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Include a physical or electronic signature.
Review and action
When a valid complaint is received, Varsity Banners may disable access to the material, freeze the related order, remove production files, contact the customer, or preserve records needed for dispute handling.
Orders already in production may be paused while the complaint is reviewed.
Repeat infringement or abusive submissions can lead to account restrictions.
Fraudulent or abusive takedown notices may be rejected or escalated.
Counter notice
If your material was removed or production was paused because of a copyright complaint, you may send a counter notice explaining why the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Identify the removed material and the order or design involved.
Include your contact information, consent to the appropriate legal process, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
Include a physical or electronic signature.
Registered agent
Varsity Banners should keep its Copyright Office designated agent record current. Until that registration record is published in the legal footer or this page, use support@varsitybanners.com for takedown intake and retain counsel for formal notice handling.
