Information we collect
We collect account details, checkout information, shipping details, order history, support messages, uploaded artwork, saved design data, and the device or request information needed to keep the storefront secure.
Order and contact details are used to quote, produce, ship, and support custom print orders.
Uploaded artwork, prompts, reference images, and design files may be stored with your account or order so production can review the work.
Security logs may record account IDs, request paths, and administrative actions needed to investigate abuse or disputes.
Payments and fulfillment
Payments are processed through Stripe. Varsity Banners stores order, payment status, tax, shipping, fulfillment, and support records, but does not store raw card numbers.
Supabase is used for application data, authentication, and order records.
Cloudflare R2, AWS-backed storage, or comparable storage is used for artwork and production files.
Resend is used for transactional email such as order, support, and production notifications.
AI design assistance
When you use AI-assisted design features, prompts, reference images, generated images, and design context may be sent to Google Gemini or FAL.AI so those providers can return design assistance or generated artwork.
Do not include sensitive personal information in design prompts unless it is required for the order.
Provider data-use terms can vary by plan and contract. We review those terms separately from open-source package licenses.
Generated or assisted artwork may be recorded with the related design or order for production review and provenance.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible account information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, chargebacks, tax, accounting, safety, or order-production obligations.
Signed-in customers can review saved designs and order history from their account.
Production files connected to completed orders may be retained long enough to handle reprints, disputes, or compliance obligations.
Cookie and analytics controls may depend on your browser, region, and any consent tools shown by the storefront.
