What happens after checkout: proof details are reviewed, the print moves into production, and the order ships with tracking once it is packed.

01Timeline

Production timing starts when the order details are usable.

Custom print timing depends on having the product, size, artwork, name, number, and any required design direction in a production-ready state.

Most standard products ship in 3-5 business days after approval.

Rush options may appear only on eligible products when configured.

Event-date orders should be discussed before checkout.

02Cost

The cart shows the current shipping estimate.

Shipping can depend on order size, address, and product format. The storefront shows the current estimate before secure checkout collects final address and tax details.

Large-format and multi-item orders may pack differently.

Final billing, tax, and address details are handled in Stripe.

Keep the shipping address complete to avoid delays.

03Team orders

Roster-sized orders need a cleaner production plan.

Team orders are easier to move through production when the roster, photo list, sponsor artwork, and deadline are gathered before the first proof is created.

Send the roster and deadline early.

Confirm whether every athlete uses the same size and design.

Ask before ordering if a banquet, senior night, or tournament date is close.

04Tracking

Tracking follows the order record.

When an order ships, the order status and email updates use the same order record shown in your account. Keep your account email current so updates go to the right place.

Account order history is the best place to check status.

Support can look up the order number if something looks off.

Photos of damaged packaging help if a carrier issue needs review.
