You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, customize, print, and receive any photos, logos, names, mascots, trademarks, slogans, sponsor artwork, or other content submitted with an order.
Do not upload content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, hateful, or unsafe content.
You agree to indemnify Varsity Banners for claims arising from content you provide or direct us to print.
AI-assisted artwork
AI design features are tools for creating or refining artwork. You remain responsible for reviewing generated or AI-assisted results before purchase and for confirming that the final design is appropriate to print.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, non-infringing, or free from visual errors.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information in prompts unless it is required for the order.
Varsity Banners may record AI provenance and related design metadata for production review and dispute handling.
Design approval and production
You are responsible for checking spelling, roster data, numbers, colors, layout, bleed, sizing, and proof details before production moves forward. Production estimates start after payment and usable design details are received.
Rush or deadline-sensitive orders should be confirmed with support before checkout.
Production may pause if artwork is incomplete, unsafe, potentially infringing, or technically unsuitable for print.
Colors and material appearance can vary across screens, substrates, and print processes.
Takedowns, limits, and disputes
Varsity Banners may reject, pause, cancel, remove, or withhold production for orders or uploaded content that appear to violate these terms, legal requirements, platform abuse controls, or third-party rights.
Copyright complaints should use the notice process on the DMCA page.
Refund, reprint, and cancellation reviews depend on the order status, production stage, and the nature of the issue.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Varsity Banners' liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
